Basics x ETC Award Show 2022

man this is the collaboration i’ve been waiting for since 2015. only a few people understand how much this means to me. countless nights spent in the T just bridging a gap between the cities. @etctacoma embraced me as family before i even became a intern. I would catch the bus 3x a week just to soak up this game and gain the experiences of owning your own shop. Daz, Umi & P we’re truly a light in my life. They gave a kid from the Central District of Seattle a chance to be apart of something that was built long before they knew who i was. All the family i’ve made throughout the process im just forever grateful. This award right here means the most to me. It’s truly the beginning of the history books for Washington streetwear. Im more then ecstatic. They wanted to present this award to me but i want to present it to them for ALWAYS standing up for the community. Inspiring kids all over the world to chase their dreams & actually helping them accomplish things. Shoutout to @etctacoma for collaboration. I love ya’ll forever.
